Terms of service

1. Who we are

These terms govern your use of allgameclub.com and the games on it (the "Service"), operated by AllGame Club, T. Brandl, c/o IP-Management #5763, Ludwig-Erhard-Str. 18, 20459 Hamburg, Deutschland ("we", "us").

2. Your account

You need an account to play. You must be at least 16 years old, or have a parent's consent. Keep your password private; you are responsible for activity under your account. One person, one account.

3. Free play and the daily allowance

Registered players may play the games in the open catalogue for a limited time each day (currently 15 minutes, reset at midnight Central European Time). We may change the allowance with reasonable notice. Play time is measured server-side while a game is open and the browser tab is active.

4. Unlimited membership

The Unlimited membership removes the daily allowance for all games for the duration of the paid period. Prices are shown before purchase and include VAT. Monthly memberships renew every month, yearly memberships every twelve months, until cancelled. You can cancel at any time in your account; access continues until the end of the period already paid for. Payments are processed by our payment provider; we never see your full card details.

5. Right of withdrawal

As a consumer in the EU you may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days without giving reasons by writing to hi@allgameclub.com. If you asked us to start the service immediately, we may charge a proportional amount for the days already used.

6. Fair play

Do not cheat, automate play, exploit bugs to gain scores, abuse the API, or harass other players. We may remove scores, suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

7. Your content

Your display name, picture and bio must not be offensive, misleading or infringe anyone's rights. You grant us the right to show them within the Service.

8. Our content

The games, artwork, music, code and brand are owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright. You get a personal, non-exclusive right to play; nothing else is transferred.

9. Availability and changes

We work hard to keep the Service online but cannot promise uninterrupted availability. We may add, change or retire games. If we retire a game you have paid to play, we will tell you in advance.

10. Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. For slight negligence we are only liable for breaches of essential contractual duties, limited to the typically foreseeable damage. Statutory liability under product liability law remains unaffected.

11. Termination

You can delete your account at any time in your settings. We may terminate accounts with reasonable notice, or immediately for serious breaches.

12. Law and disputes

German law applies, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence. The EU online dispute resolution platform is at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not obliged and not willing to take part in dispute resolution before a consumer arbitration board.
